RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Every product created at Regal Gentleman, is created with an extensive team of customers, barbers and product experts to ensure it meets our high standards before being passed on to you. Therefore, it is only fair that if you buy a product and are not 100% happy with your order, then you are entitled to a full refund. In the event that you are not 100% happy with your purchase; Regal Gentleman will refund –
- 100% of the total paid for your order (Including delivery fees)
In the event that you are not 100% happy with your order, you will need to contact us via our contact form here or email us at email@example.com to inform us of your dissatisfaction with your purchase. All we ask from you in the email is the reason for your dissatisfaction, that way we can make sure we improve in the areas that are most important to you.
Returning your order
You may return new, unopened and unused goods within 28 days of delivery being received for an exchange. To inform us that you would like to return an order, please contact us via our contact form here or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org along with the reason for your return/exchange.
Used or opened goods cannot be exchanged, unless they are safely returned to us and deemed faulty by Regal Gentleman. A full refund can be granted if unsatisfied as part of our 100% Guarantee,
We will pay the full cost of the return delivery/shipping if the reason for the return is one of the following; you received an incorrect item or your item(s) are damaged. We will refund the delivery cost to the original payment method. Unfortunately, if the reason for the return is not because of an error from us, then we are unable to pay for the return delivery at this time.
